I will send the client an sketch for approval within a maximum period of 5 days once the payment is done, the commission will not start before that.

-I have a maximum of 5 weeks to finish the commission, the time between the artist progress email and the client observations email will not count in those 5 weeks. If the period is exceeded, a 50% refund will be made and the commission will be finished in a certain time depending on the circumstances previously discussed with the client. The only exception to this would be a last minute change by the client, last minute being understood as 5 days before the deadline.

The client can make a maximum of 6 changes for free in the same process revision with the artist, understanding 1 change as many things as the client says that need to be changed in one email. For example; Changing the hairstyle and the clothes count as 1 change as longer as they are said in the same email. Any additional changes will cost the client 2 USD extra.

Once the process has been approved the client can not make changes from past processes unless they pay an extra amount of 5 USD for change. For example; The client will have to pay 5 USD extra if they want to change a pose or element in the piece once the lineart has started, since that change must have been done in the sketch revision.

The commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY (Non-Commercia), the client CAN NOT sell the ilustration, prints, merchandise or anything that can generate income to the client. The commission can be used and posted on the client's social media or printed by the client for gift or themself.

I reserve the rights over the progress sent for the client and the final artwork

I'll only post the commission on my platforms if the client agrees, the commission will have a watermark with the client's name or username.

The client's address will be requested, only for taxes purpose. This service is digital, the product will NOT be send physically.
